The Kond Room is our most compact and affordable accommodation, offering approximately 12 m² of thoughtfully arranged space for up to two guests.
The room features two 80 cm-wide single beds that can be joined with an additional mattress topper to create a comfortable double bed approximately 170 cm wide. This flexible arrangement makes it a practical choice for couples, friends, or solo travelers.
With a private bathroom featuring a shower, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and essential modern comforts, the Kond Room provides everything needed for a pleasant stay in the heart of Yerevan.
Guests also enjoy complimentary access to our shared kitchen, tea and coffee facilities, and washing machine with dryer — especially convenient for longer visits.
