Our Rooms
Cascade Heritage offers four uniquely named rooms — Opera, Cascade, Kond, and Matenadaran — each inspired by Yerevan’s rich cultural and historical landmarks.

Elegant and minimal, the Opera Room includes two single beds, a private shower and separate toilet, smart TV, air conditioning, fridge, and wardrobe. Perfect for travelers who appreciate privacy and function in a compact, well-equipped space.

Cascade room ambiance
Bright and spacious, the Cascade Room features a comfortable king-size bed (convertible from two singles), air conditioning, smart TV, private bathroom with shower, fridge, wardrobe, and writing desk. The window opens to a quiet inner view of the Cascade complex.

Kond room charm
Simple and peaceful, the Kond Room offers two single beds, a dining table, fridge, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and wardrobe. A calm space ideal for shorter stays or solo travelers looking for a quiet retreat.

Matenadaran room exclusivity
A cozy private studio with a small kitchenette, smart TV, fridge, bathroom, and dining corner. This room is suitable for longer stays or guests who enjoy having kitchen access.

• Check-out is by 12:00. Late check-out can be arranged if the room is not reserved.
• Quiet hours begin at 23:00. Please respect other guests.
• Smoking is not allowed in any room except the Matenadaran Room, where it is permitted near the window.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Daily cleaning is not provided. However, guests may request a cleaning service for an extra fee.
• In support of sustainability, bed linens and towels are refreshed every 3–5 days.
• Additional linens, towels, and toiletries are freely available in the shared lobby area for your convenience.
