Simple rules to keep our space peaceful and welcoming for everyone.
🕰 Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, both inside rooms and in the shared spaces.
🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
If your room has a balcony, you are welcome to smoke there, with the door closed.
The only room with balcony is Matenadaran Room.

- Please be respectful toward other guests and our home.
- No loud music, parties, or gatherings.
- Unregistered visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
🐾 Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the guesthouse.

Please lock your door when you leave.
🧹 Cleaning & Tidiness
- We do not offer daily cleaning by default.
- If you’d like extra cleaning, you can request it for 3000 AMD.
- Please help us keep the kitchen and shared spaces clean after use.
Towels & Bed Linens
Eco-Friendly Service
At Cascade Heritage Inn, we care deeply about your comfort and the environment. To help conserve water and reduce our ecological footprint, we refresh towels every 3-4 days and change bed linens every 5 days upon request.
If you prefer more frequent linen changes, please let us know — we will gladly accommodate your wishes.
